Almost all the adult advisors attended the meeting held at Mary Yoders restaurant.

Information from the September 16, Crew/ Parent Meeting

  1. The meeting was held at Camp Chickagami in the pavilion. The meeting began promptly at 4:30 pm
  2. Introduction of Adult advisors. The following advisors were present- Kent Marks, Chip Rasch, Richard Spencer, Joseph Dolenc, Ron Blevins, Rod Dickenson, Chuck Rischar, Ross Ceraolo, Mike Depner, Bert Toth, Dennis Sroka
  3. Confirmation of departure and return dates are as follows-
  4. Airline information is confirmed and is as follows-
  5. Pre trek experience includes-
  6. Trek Logo designs were discussed and voted on by the scouts.
  7. We discussed the Trek fee and payment schedule as follows-
  8. We discussed in detail the individual gear list. This list will be posted on the GWRC website under the Boy Scout icon and located on the Philmont page
  9. Discussion of our spring contingent shakedown was covered and three possible dates were provided. Crew members and crew adults should decide within the next three weeks which weekend is best. Once we decide on the chosen weekend, we will announce it as soon as possible as this is an important benchmark for a successful Trek preparation. The three weekend dates are as follows-
