Pete Biltz graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education.

Pete is an Eagle Scout and Vigil member of the Order of the arrow. He began his employment with the BSA in 1989 in the Chicago-land area. He worked there for 9 years before moving back to the Buckeye State in the summer of 1998. He currently holds the position of Assistant Scout Executive and works directly out of the Warren office. Pete's main functions include managing all field staff personnel, the council budget items pertaining to activities, fundraising, and special events, support of district operations, marketing, and membership management/registration controls.

Much of Pete's time is spent on the road developing new contacts for our Council and maintaining our current Friends of Scouting.

In addition to his Scouting activities, Pete is on the Board of Director's of the Warren Rotary Club and an active member in the Youngstown Regional Chamber of Commerce.
