TRAVEL PLANS: The Greater Western Reserve Council Jamboree contingent will arrive at Camp Chickagami (Parkman) on Thursday evening, July19th. The contingent will depart on Friday, July 20th and travel to Washington, D. C.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be spent touring Washington, D.C.
On Monday, July 23rd, we will depart for Fort A. P. Hill, VA.
We will camp at the jamboree until August 1st.
We will return to Camp Chickagami on August 1st.
ORGANIZATION: The jamboree is open to all that are qualified on a first come basis. After our contingent has been filled, a stand-by list of alternates will be established. Scouts will be assigned to a jamboree troop consisting of 36 Scouts and 4 adult leaders. You will be a member of a patrol within the troop. The council contingent will consist of two troops.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE COUNCIL SERVICE CENTER ON OR BEFORE THESE DATES:
Reservation Fee: $100.00 March 1, 2000
Second Payment $250.00 July1, 2000
Third Payment $250.00 January 12, 2001
Final Payment $250.00* June 1, 2001
*Current projection. The final payment may be adjusted up or down depending on final costs.
FEE INCLUDES: The jamboree fee covers all transportation, tours, admission fees, meals lodging, patrol and troop equipment and insurance. Your fee also covers the Prejamboree training weekend. The only additional expense will be your personal equipment, uniforms and spending money.
REFUND POLICY: If you sign up for the jamboree and then find that you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund from the Greater Western Reserve Council only if there is an alternate to take your place.
In the event there is not an alternate to take your place, a partial refund will be made. This includes the fees you have paid to date, less any expenses related to contractual agreements made on your behalf.
