Service Projects

Thanks for choosing our camp for your unit’s outdoor adventure!

Please consider taking some time during your visit to help us sustain and improve the camp.  Service projects of all sizes can be arranged.

Our council camps rely on donated materials and labor to subsidize operating costs.  All levels of scouting advancement and our Slogan to “Do A Good Turn” can’t be better achieved than lending a few minutes to secure the future generation of outdoor scouting!

Sleeping Facilities at Council Camps
During the Off-Summer Camp Season

Due to the damage and health concerns created by mice and other small mammals eating and burrowing into the mattresses in the cabins and adirondacks in the Council Camps, mattresses will be removed and stored through the off-season (September through May). There are either spring or plywood supports on all the beds upon which you can easily place your own mat or cover. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
